Privacy: We don't use nor disclose any data out of the reservation process.

Security: We use state of the art encryption technology to handle traveler's card details. When required to confirm a reservation, card details are securely transferred to the hotel or the tour operator. Our own staff hasn't access to such details.

Reservation: Travelers always deal directly with their host, we just provide an online tool and make sure it's highly competitive.

Company: Easy Booking Service Ltd offers a free reservation system and a cost effective distribution network since 2001. It has nothing to do with a free software site. Offering the reservation system for free is just part of our win-win business model. Our aim is to offer the best reservation system and the most profitable distribution solution for our users: independant hotels, small hotel chains, hotel directories and travel sites.
