>  EBS uses state of the art encryption technology (SSL 128, probably like your bank) to get your card details AND to transfer them to the hotel.

>  directly contact the hotel, its email is in the reservation email you received
if you lost its details, please contact us (NOT a fast solution!)
Do I have to register to your service?
>  NO, just book your stay with the hotel and directly deal with it afterwards. Enjoy your stay!
Do I have to pay Easy Booking Service?
>  NO, you'll directly pay your stay to the hotel, the reservation system is FREE.
How can I be sure to deal with the genuine person?
>  We provide a "Security Status" to let you take your responsabilities with confidence. Note that an "unchecked" status isn't suspicious and that new hotels are monitored.
